2 Samuel 7:18-29 Then went king David in, and sat before the LORD , and he said , Who am I, O Lord GOD ? and what is my house , that thou hast brought me hitherto?

21 H1697 For thy word's H3820 sake, and according to thine own heart H6213 , hast thou done [H8804] H1420 all these great things H5650 , to make thy servant H3045 know [H8687] them .

24 H3559 For thou hast confirmed [H8787] H5971 to thyself thy people H3478 Israel H5971 to be a people H5704 unto thee for H5769 ever H3068 : and thou, LORD H1961 , art become [H8804] H430 their God.

25 H3068 And now, O LORD H430 God H1697 , the word H1696 that thou hast spoken [H8765] H5650 concerning thy servant H1004 , and concerning his house H6965 , establish [H8685] H5704 it for H5769 ever H6213 , and do [H8798] H1696 as thou hast said [H8765] .

26 H8034 And let thy name H1431 be magnified [H8799] H5704 for H5769 ever H559 , saying [H8800] H3068 , The LORD H6635 of hosts H430 is the God H3478 over Israel H1004 : and let the house H5650 of thy servant H1732 David H3559 be established [H8737] H6440 before thee.

27 H3068 For thou, O LORD H6635 of hosts H430 , God H3478 of Israel H1540 , hast revealed [H8804] H241 H5650 to thy servant H559 , saying [H8800] H1129 , I will build [H8799] H1004 thee an house H5650 : therefore hath thy servant H4672 found [H8804] H3820 in his heart H6419 to pray [H8692] H8605 this prayer unto thee.

28 H136 And now, O Lord H3069 GOD H430 , thou art that God H1697 , and thy words H571 be true H1696 , and thou hast promised [H8762] H2896 this goodness H5650 unto thy servant:

29 H2974 Therefore now let it please [H8685] H1288 thee to bless [H8761] H1004 the house H5650 of thy servant H5769 , that it may continue for ever H6440 before H136 thee: for thou, O Lord H3069 GOD H1696 , hast spoken [H8765] H1293 it : and with thy blessing H1004 let the house H5650 of thy servant H1288 be blessed [H8792] H5769 for ever.
