Daniel 9:6-15 Neither have we hearkened unto thy servants the prophets , which spake in thy name to our kings , our princes , and our fathers , and to all the people of the land.

8 H136 O Lord H1322 , to us belongeth confusion H6440 of face H4428 , to our kings H8269 , to our princes H1 , and to our fathers H2398 , because we have sinned [H8804] against thee.

9 H136 To the Lord H430 our God H7356 belong mercies H5547 and forgivenesses H4775 , though we have rebelled [H8804] against him;

10 H8085 Neither have we obeyed [H8804] H6963 the voice H3068 of the LORD H430 our God H3212 , to walk [H8800] H8451 in his laws H5414 , which he set [H8804] H6440 before H3027 us by H5650 his servants H5030 the prophets.

11 H3478 Yea, all Israel H5674 have transgressed [H8804] H8451 thy law H5493 , even by departing [H8800] H8085 , that they might not obey [H8800] H6963 thy voice H423 ; therefore the curse H5413 is poured [H8799] H7621 upon us, and the oath H3789 that is written [H8803] H8451 in the law H4872 of Moses H5650 the servant H430 of God H2398 , because we have sinned [H8804] against him.

12 H6965 And he hath confirmed [H8686] H1697 his words H1696 , which he spake [H8765] H8199 against us, and against our judges [H8802] H8199 that judged [H8804] H935 us, by bringing [H8687] H1419 upon us a great H7451 evil H8064 : for under the whole heaven H6213 hath not been done [H8738] H6213 as hath been done [H8738] H3389 upon Jerusalem.

13 H3789 As it is written [H8803] H8451 in the law H4872 of Moses H7451 , all this evil H935 is come [H8804] H2470 upon us: yet made we not our prayer [H8765] H6440 before H3068 the LORD H430 our God H7725 , that we might turn [H8800] H5771 from our iniquities H7919 , and understand [H8687] H571 thy truth.

14 H3068 Therefore hath the LORD H8245 watched [H8799] H7451 upon the evil H935 , and brought [H8686] H3068 it upon us: for the LORD H430 our God H6662 is righteous H4639 in all his works H6213 which he doeth [H8804] H8085 : for we obeyed [H8804] H6963 not his voice.

15 H136 And now, O Lord H430 our God H3318 , that hast brought H5971 thy people H3318 forth [H8689] H776 out of the land H4714 of Egypt H2389 with a mighty H3027 hand H6213 , and hast gotten [H8799] H8034 thee renown H3117 , as at this day H2398 ; we have sinned [H8804] H7561 , we have done wickedly [H8804] .
