  4 H7126 then he who offers H7133 his offering H7126 shall offer H3068 to Yahweh H4503 a meal offering H6241 of a tenth part of an ephah H5560 of fine flour H1101 mixed H7243 with the fourth H1969 part of a hin H8081 of oil:
  5 H3196 and wine H5262 for the drink offering, H7243 the fourth H1969 part of a hin, H6213 you shall prepare H5262 with the burnt offering, H2077 or for the sacrifice, H259 for each H3532 lamb.
  6 H352 "‘Or for a ram, H6213 you shall prepare H4503 for a meal offering H8147 two H6241 tenth parts of an ephah H5560 of fine flour H1101 mixed H7992 with the third H1969 part of a hin H8081 of oil:
  7 H5262 and for the drink offering H7126 you shall offer H7992 the third H1969 part of a hin H3196 of wine, H5207 of a pleasant H7381 aroma H3068 to Yahweh.
  8 H6213 When you prepare H1121 a bull H5930 for a burnt offering, H2077 or for a sacrifice, H6381 to accomplish H5088 a vow, H8002 or for peace offerings H3068 to Yahweh;
  9 H7126 then shall he offer H1241 with the bull H4503 a meal offering H7969 of three H6241 tenth parts of an ephah H5560 of fine flour H1101 mixed H2677 with half H1969 a hin H8081 of oil:
  10 H7126 and you shall offer H5262 for the drink offering H2677 half H1969 a hin H3196 of wine, H801 for an offering made by fire, H5207 of a pleasant H7381 aroma H3068 to Yahweh.
  11 H6213 Thus shall it be done H259 for each H7794 bull, H259 or for each H352 ram, H3532 or for each of the male lambs, H5795 or of the young goats.
  12 H4557 According to the number H6213 that you shall prepare, H3602 so H6213 you shall do H259 to everyone H4557 according to their number.
  13 H249 "‘All who are native-born H6213 shall do H7126 these things in this way, in offering H801 an offering made by fire, H5207 of a pleasant H7381 aroma H3068 to Yahweh.

  16 H259 One H8451 law H259 and one H4941 ordinance H1616 shall be for you, and for the stranger H1481 who lives as a foreigner with you.'"
