Jeremiah 40:1-4 The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD , after that Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard had let him go from Ramah , when he had taken him being bound in chains among all that were carried away captive of Jerusalem and Judah , which were carried away captive unto Babylon.

3 H3068 Now the LORD H935 hath brought [H8686] H6213 it, and done [H8799] H1696 according as he hath said [H8765] H2398 : because ye have sinned [H8804] H3068 against the LORD H8085 , and have not obeyed [H8804] H6963 his voice H1697 , therefore this thing is come upon you.
