Matthew 4:3-11

  3 G2532 And G3985 the tempter G4334 came G2036 and said G846 unto him, G1487 If G1488 thou art G5207 the Son G2316 of God, G2036 command G2443 that G3778 these G3037 stones G1096 become G740 bread.

  4 G1161 But G611 he answered G2036 and said, G1125 It is written, G444 Man G2198 shall G3756 not G2198 live G1909 by G740 bread G3441 alone, G235 but G1909 by G3956 every G4487 word G1607 that proceedeth G1223 out G4750 of the mouth G2316 of God.

  5 G5119 Then G1228 the devil G3880 taketh G846 him G1519 into G3880 the G40 holy G4172 city; G2532 and G2476 he set G846 him G1909 on G4419 the pinnacle G2411 of the temple,

  7 G2424 Jesus G5346 said G846 unto him, G3825 Again G1125 it is written, G1598 Thou shalt G3756 not G1598 make trial G2962 of the Lord G4675 thy G2316 God.

  8 G3825 Again, G1228 the devil G3880 taketh G846 him G1519 unto G3880 an G3029 exceeding G5308 high G3735 mountain, G2532 and G1166 showeth G846 him G3956 all G932 the kingdoms G2889 of the world, G2532 and G1391 the glory G846 of them;

  9 G2532 and G3004 he said G846 unto him, G3956 All G5023 these things G1325 will I give G4671 thee, G1437 if G4098 thou wilt fall down G4352 and worship G3427 me.

  10 G5119 Then G2424 saith Jesus G846 unto him, G3004 Get G3004 thee G4567 hence, Satan: G1063 for G1125 it is written, G4352 Thou shalt worship G2962 the Lord G4675 thy G2316 God, G2532 and G846 him G3441 only G3000 shalt thou serve.

  11 G5119 Then G1228 the devil G863 leaveth G846 him; G2532 and G2400 behold, G32 angels G4334 came G2532 and G1247 ministered G846 unto him.
