49 H6485 [H8799] Only thou shalt not number H4294 the tribe H3878 of Levi, H5375 [H8799] neither take H7218 the sum H8432 of them among H1121 the sons H3478 of Israel:

50 H6485 [H8685] But thou shalt appoint H3881 the Levites H4908 over the tabernacle H5715 of testimony, H3627 and over all its vessels, H5375 [H8799] and over all things that belong to it: they shall bear H4908 the tabernacle, H3627 and all its vessels; H8334 [H8762] and they shall minister H2583 [H8799] to it, and shall encamp H5439 around H4908 the tabernacle.

51 H4908 And when the tabernacle H5265 [H8800] moveth forward, H3881 the Levites H3381 [H8686] shall take it down: H4908 and when the tabernacle H2583 [H8800] is to be pitched, H3881 the Levites H6965 [H8686] shall set it up: H2114 [H8801] and the stranger H7131 that cometh near H4191 [H8714] shall be put to death.

52 H1121 And the sons H3478 of Israel H2583 [H8804] shall pitch their tents, H376 every man H4264 by his own camp, H376 and every man H1714 by his own standard, H6635 throughout their hosts.

53 H3881 But the Levites H2583 [H8799] shall encamp H5439 around H4908 the tabernacle H5715 of testimony, H7110 that there may be no splintering rage H5712 upon the company H1121 of the sons H3478 of Israel: H3881 and the Levites H8104 [H8804] shall keep H4931 the charge H4908 of the tabernacle H5715 of testimony.
