Exodus 32:1-8 And when the people saw that Moses delayed to come down from the mount, the people congregated themselves to Aaron, and said to him, Arise, make us gods, which shall go at the face of us; for as for this Moses, the man that brought us out of the land of Egypt, we know not what is become of him.

2 H175 And Aaron H559 [H8799] said H6561 [H8761] to them, Break off H2091 the golden H5141 earrings, H241 which are in the ears H802 of your wives, H1121 of your sons, H1323 and of your daughters, H935 [H8685] and bring them to me.

3 H5971 And all the people H6561 [H8691] broke off H2091 the golden H5141 earrings H241 which were in their ears, H935 [H8686] and brought H175 them to Aaron.

4 H3947 [H8799] And he received H3027 them at their hand, H6696 [H8799] and fashioned H2747 it with an engraving tool, H6213 [H8799] after he had made H4541 it a molten H5695 calf: H559 [H8799] and they said, H430 These are thy gods, H3478 O Israel, H5927 [H8689] which brought H776 thee out of the land H4714 of Egypt.

5 H175 And when Aaron H7200 [H8799] saw H1129 [H8799] it, he built H4196 an altar H6440 at the face of H175 it; and Aaron H7121 [H8799] calleth, H559 [H8799] and said, H4279 To morrow H2282 is a feast H3068 to the LORD.

6 H7925 [H8686] And they rose early H4283 on the next morning, H5927 [H8686] and offered H5930 burnt offerings, H5066 [H8686] and brought H8002 peace offerings; H5971 and the people H3427 [H8799] sat H398 [H8800] down to eat H8354 [H8800] and to drink, H6965 [H8799] and rose up H6711 [H8763] to play.
