MLV(i)
While speaking these things to them, behold, one ruler came to him and was worshiping him, saying, My daughter is just now dead, but come and lay your hand upon her and she will live.
And Jesus and his disciples arose and followed him.
And behold, a woman, having had a flow of blood for twelve years, came behind him and touched the hem of his garment; 21 for she was saying to herself, ‘If only I touch his garment; I will be cured.
Now Jesus having turned, saw her, and said, Daughter, have courage; your faith has saved you. And the woman was cured from that hour.
And when Jesus came into the ruler’s house and saw the flute-players and the crowd being in an uproar, 24 he says to them, Depart; for the girl is not dead, but is sleeping. And they were laughing at him. 25 But when the crowd was cast out, having entered, he took-hold of her hand, and the girl arose.
