CAB⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹⁸ As He spoke these things to them, behold, a certain leader came and worshipped Him, saying, "My daughter has just died, but come and lay Your hand on her, and she shall live." ¹⁹ So Jesus arose and followed him, likewise His disciples. ²⁰ And behold, a woman hemorrhaging for twelve years, approaching from behind, touched the hem of His garment. ²¹ For she said to herself, "If only I may touch His garment, I will be healed." ²² But Jesus, turning around and seeing her, said, "Take courage, daughter; your faith has healed you." And the woman was healed from that hour. ²³ And when Jesus came into the house of the leader, and saw the flute players and the crowd making a commotion, ²⁴ He said to them, "Make room, for the girl has not died, but she is sleeping." And they were ridiculing Him. ²⁵ But when the crowd had been put out, He went in and grasped her hand, and the little girl arose.
