18 While he spake these things to them, behold a certain ruler coming worshiped him, saying, My daughter is even now dying: but come and lay thine hand on her, and she shall live.
19 And Jesus arose and followed him, and so did his disciples.
20 (And behold a woman who had had a flux of blood, twelve years, coming behind him, touched the hem of his garment.
21 For she said within herself, if I but touch his garment, I shall be whole.
22 And Jesus turning and seeing her, said, Daughter, take courage; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.)
23 And Jesus coming into the ruler's house, and seeing the minstrels and the croud who cried out aloud,
24 Saith to them, Withdraw; for the maid is not dead, but sleepeth: and they derided him.
25 But when the people were put forth, he went in and took her by the hand; and the maid arose.
