Numbers 18:21-32 And, behold, I have given the children of Levi all the tenth in Israel for an inheritance , for their service which they serve , even the service of the tabernacle of the congregation.

22 H1121 Neither must the children H3478 of Israel H5750 henceforth H7126 come nigh [H8799] H168 the tabernacle H4150 of the congregation H5375 , lest they bear [H8800] H2399 sin H4191 , and die [H8800] .

23 H3881 But the Levites H5647 shall do [H8804] H5656 the service H168 of the tabernacle H4150 of the congregation H5375 , and they shall bear [H8799] H5771 their iniquity H2708 : it shall be a statute H5769 for ever H1755 throughout your generations H8432 , that among H1121 the children H3478 of Israel H5157 they have [H8799] H5159 no inheritance.

24 H4643 But the tithes H1121 of the children H3478 of Israel H7311 , which they offer [H8686] H8641 as an heave offering H3068 unto the LORD H5414 , I have given [H8804] H3881 to the Levites H5159 to inherit H559 : therefore I have said [H8804] H8432 unto them, Among H1121 the children H3478 of Israel H5157 they shall have [H8799] H5159 no inheritance.

25 H3068 And the LORD H1696 spake [H8762] H4872 unto Moses H559 , saying [H8800] ,

26 H1696 Thus speak [H8762] H3881 unto the Levites H559 , and say [H8804] H3947 unto them, When ye take [H8799] H1121 of the children H3478 of Israel H4643 the tithes H5414 which I have given [H8804] H5159 you from them for your inheritance H7311 , then ye shall offer [H8689] H8641 up an heave offering H3068 of it for the LORD H4643 , even a tenth H4643 part of the tithe.

27 H8641 And this your heave offering H2803 shall be reckoned [H8738] H1715 unto you, as though it were the corn H1637 of the threshingfloor H4395 , and as the fulness H3342 of the winepress.

28 H7311 Thus ye also shall offer [H8686] H8641 an heave offering H3068 unto the LORD H4643 of all your tithes H3947 , which ye receive [H8799] H1121 of the children H3478 of Israel H5414 ; and ye shall give [H8804] H3068 thereof the LORD'S H8641 heave offering H175 to Aaron H3548 the priest.

29 H4979 Out of all your gifts H7311 ye shall offer [H8686] H8641 every heave offering H3068 of the LORD H2459 , of all the best H4720 thereof, even the hallowed part thereof out of it.

30 H559 Therefore thou shalt say [H8804] H7311 unto them, When ye have heaved [H8687] H2459 the best H2803 thereof from it, then it shall be counted [H8738] H3881 unto the Levites H8393 as the increase H1637 of the threshingfloor H8393 , and as the increase H3342 of the winepress.

31 H398 And ye shall eat [H8804] H4725 it in every place H1004 , ye and your households H7939 : for it is your reward H2500 for H5656 your service H168 in the tabernacle H4150 of the congregation.

32 H5375 And ye shall bear [H8799] H2399 no sin H7311 by reason of it, when ye have heaved [H8687] H2459 from it the best H2490 of it: neither shall ye pollute [H8762] H6944 the holy things H1121 of the children H3478 of Israel H4191 , lest ye die [H8799] .
