Numbers 35:1-8 וידבר spoke יהוה And the LORD אל unto משׁה Moses בערבת in the plains מואב of Moab על by ירדן Jordan ירחו Jericho, לאמר׃ saying,

1 H1696 וידבר spoke H3068 יהוה And the LORD H413 אל unto H4872 משׁה Moses H6160 בערבת in the plains H4124 מואב of Moab H5921 על by H3383 ירדן Jordan H3405 ירחו Jericho, H559 לאמר׃ saying,

2 H6680 צו Command H853 את H1121 בני the children H3478 ישׂראל of Israel, H5414 ונתנו that they give H3881 ללוים unto the Levites H5159 מנחלת of the inheritance H272 אחזתם of their possession H5892 ערים cities H3427 לשׁבת to dwell in; H4054 ומגרשׁ suburbs H5892 לערים for the cities H5439 סביבתיהם round about H5414 תתנו and ye shall give H3881 ללוים׃ unto the Levites

3 H1961 והיו shall they have H5892 הערים And the cities H3427 להם לשׁבת to dwell in; H4054 ומגרשׁיהם and the suburbs H1961 יהיו of them shall be H929 לבהמתם for their cattle, H7399 ולרכשׁם and for their goods, H3605 ולכל and for all H2416 חיתם׃ their beasts.

4 H4054 ומגרשׁי And the suburbs H5892 הערים of the cities, H834 אשׁר which H5414 תתנו ye shall give H3881 ללוים unto the Levites, H7023 מקיר from the wall H5892 העיר of the city H2351 וחוצה and outward H505 אלף a thousand H520 אמה cubits H5439 סביב׃ round about.

5 H4058 ומדתם And ye shall measure H2351 מחוץ from without H5892 לעיר the city H853 את H6285 פאת side H6924 קדמה on the east H505 אלפים two thousand H520 באמה cubits, H853 ואת H6285 פאת side H5045 נגב and on the south H505 אלפים two thousand H520 באמה cubits, H853 ואת H6285 פאת side H3220 ים and on the west H505 אלפים two thousand H520 באמה cubits, H853 ואת H6285 פאת side H6828 צפון and on the north H505 אלפים two thousand H520 באמה cubits; H5892 והעיר and the city H8432 בתוך in the midst: H2088 זה this H1961 יהיה shall be H4054 להם מגרשׁי to them the suburbs H5892 הערים׃ of the cities.

6 H853 ואת H5892 הערים the cities H834 אשׁר which H5414 תתנו ye shall give H3881 ללוים unto the Levites H853 את H8337 שׁשׁ six H5892 ערי cities H4733 המקלט for refuge, H834 אשׁר which H5414 תתנו ye shall appoint H5127 לנס that he may flee H8033 שׁמה thither: H7523 הרצח for the manslayer, H5921 ועליהם and to H5414 תתנו them ye shall add H705 ארבעים forty H8147 ושׁתים and two H5892 עיר׃ cities.

7 H3605 כל all H5892 הערים the cities H834 אשׁר which H5414 תתנו ye shall give H3881 ללוים to the Levites H705 ארבעים forty H8083 ושׁמנה and eight H5892 עיר cities: H853 אתהן H853 ואת H4054 מגרשׁיהן׃ their suburbs.

8 H5892 והערים And the cities H834 אשׁר which H5414 תתנו ye shall give H272 מאחזת of the possession H1121 בני of the children H3478 ישׂראל of Israel: H853 מאת H7227 הרב many H7235 תרבו ye shall give many; H853 ומאת H4592 המעט few H4591 תמעיטו ye shall give few: H376 אישׁ every one H6310 כפי according to H5159 נחלתו his inheritance H834 אשׁר which H5157 ינחלו he inheriteth. H5414 יתן shall give H5892 מעריו of his cities H3881 ללוים׃ unto the Levites
