Exodus 7:19-25 ויאמר spoke יהוה And the LORD אל unto משׁה Moses, אמר Say אל unto אהרן Aaron, קח Take מטך thy rod, ונטה and stretch out ידך thine hand על upon מימי the waters מצרים of Egypt, על upon נהרתם their streams, על upon יאריהם their rivers, ועל and upon אגמיהם their ponds, ועל and upon כל all מקוה their pools מימיהם of water, ויהיו that they may become דם blood; והיה and there may be דם blood בכל throughout all ארץ the land מצרים of Egypt, ובעצים both in wood, ובאבנים׃ and in stone.

20 H6213 ויעשׂו did H3651 כן so, H4872 משׁה And Moses H175 ואהרן and Aaron H834 כאשׁר as H6680 צוה commanded; H3068 יהוה the LORD H7311 וירם and he lifted up H4294 במטה the rod, H5221 ויך and smote H853 את H4325 המים the waters H834 אשׁר that H2975 ביאר in the river, H5869 לעיני in the sight H6547 פרעה of Pharaoh, H5869 ולעיני and in the sight H5650 עבדיו of his servants; H2015 ויהפכו were turned H3605 כל and all H4325 המים the waters H834 אשׁר that H2975 ביאר in the river H1818 לדם׃ to blood.

21 H1710 והדגה And the fish H834 אשׁר that H2975 ביאר in the river H4191 מתה died; H887 ויבאשׁ stank, H2975 היאר and the river H3808 ולא not H3201 יכלו could H4713 מצרים H8354 לשׁתות drink H4325 מים of the water H4480 מן of H2975 היאר the river; H1961 ויהי and there was H1818 הדם blood H3605 בכל throughout all H776 ארץ the land H4714 מצרים׃ and the Egyptians

22 H6213 ויעשׂו did H3651 כן so H2748 חרטמי And the magicians H4714 מצרים of Egypt H3909 בלטיהם with their enchantments: H2388 ויחזק was hardened, H3820 לב heart H6547 פרעה and Pharaoh's H3808 ולא neither H8085 שׁמע did he hearken H413 אלהם unto H834 כאשׁר them; as H1696 דבר had said. 24 H2658 ויחפרו digged H3605 כל And all H4713 מצרים H5439 סביבת round about H2975 היאר the river H4325 מים for water H8354 לשׁתות to drink; H3588 כי for H3808 לא not H3201 יכלו they could H8354 לשׁתת drink H4325 ממימי of the water H2975 היאר׃ of the river.

25 H4390 וימלא were fulfilled, H7651 שׁבעת And seven H3117 ימים days H310 אחרי after H5221 הכות had smitten H3068 יהוה that the LORD H853 את H2975 היאר׃ the river.
