Judges 6:17-24

  17 H559 And he said H4672 unto him, If now I have found H2580 favor H5869 in thy sight, H6213 then show H226 me a sign H1696 that it is thou that talkest with me.

  18 H4185 Depart H935 not hence, I pray thee, until I come H3318 unto thee, and bring forth H4503 my present, H3240 and lay H6440 it before H559 thee. And he said, H3427 I will tarry H7725 until thou come again.

  19 H1439 And Gideon H935 went in, H6213 and made ready H5795 a kid, H4682 and unleavened cakes H374 of an ephah H7058 of meal: H1320 the flesh H7760 he put H5536 in a basket, H7760 and he put H4839 the broth H6517 in a pot, H3318 and brought it out H424 unto him under the oak, H5066 and presented it.

  20 H4397 And the angel H430 of God H559 said H3947 unto him, Take H1320 the flesh H4682 and the unleavened cakes, H3240 and lay H1975 them upon this H5553 rock, H8210 and pour out H4839 the broth. H6213 And he did so.

  21 H4397 Then the angel H3068 of Jehovah H7971 put forth H7097 the end H4938 of the staff H3027 that was in his hand, H5060 and touched H1320 the flesh H4682 and the unleavened cakes; H5927 and there went up H784 fire H6697 out of the rock, H398 and consumed H1320 the flesh H4682 and the unleavened cakes; H4397 and the angel H3068 of Jehovah H1980 departed H5869 out of his sight.

  22 H1439 And Gideon H7200 saw H4397 that he was the angel H3068 of Jehovah; H1439 and Gideon H559 said, H162 Alas, H3068 O Lord H3068 Jehovah! H3651 forasmuch H7200 as I have seen H4397 the angel H3068 of Jehovah H6440 face H6440 to face.

  23 H3068 And Jehovah H559 said H7965 unto him, Peace H3372 be unto thee; fear H4191 not: thou shalt not die.

  24 H1439 Then Gideon H1129 built H4196 an altar H3068 there unto Jehovah, H7121 and called H3073 it Jehovah-shalom: H3117 unto this day H6084 it is yet in Ophrah H33 of the Abiezrites.
