Jeremiah 15:2-9 And it shall come to pass, when they say unto thee, Whither shall we go forth? then thou shalt tell them, Thus saith Jehovah: Such as are for death, to death; and such as are for the sword, to the sword; and such as are for the famine, to the famine; and such as are for captivity, to captivity.

3 H6485 And I will appoint H702 over them four H4940 kinds, H5002 saith H3068 Jehovah: H2719 the sword H2026 to slay, H3611 and the dogs H5498 to tear, H5775 and the birds H8064 of the heavens, H929 and the beasts H776 of the earth, H398 to devour H7843 and to destroy.

4 H5414 And I will cause H2189 them to be tossed H4467 to and fro among all the kingdoms H776 of the earth, H1558 because H4519 of Manasseh, H1121 the son H3169 of Hezekiah, H4428 king H3063 of Judah, H6213 for that which he did H3389 in Jerusalem.

5 H2550 For who will have pity H3389 upon thee, O Jerusalem? H5110 or who will bemoan H5493 thee? or who will turn aside H7592 to ask H7965 of thy welfare?

6 H5203 Thou hast rejected H5002 me, saith H3068 Jehovah, H3212 thou art gone H268 backward: H5186 therefore have I stretched out H3027 my hand H7843 against thee, and destroyed H3811 thee; I am weary H5162 with repenting.

7 H2219 And I have winnowed H4214 them with a fan H8179 in the gates H776 of the land; H7921 I have bereaved H6 them of children, I have destroyed H5971 my people; H1870 they returned not from their ways.

8 H490 Their widows H6105 are increased H2344 to me above the sand H3220 of the seas; H935 I have brought H517 upon them against the mother H970 of the young men H7703 a destroyer H6672 at noonday: H6597 I have caused anguish H928 and terrors H5307 to fall H6597 upon her suddenly.

9 H3205 She that hath borne H7651 seven H535 languisheth; H5301 she hath given up H5315 the ghost; H8121 her sun H935 is gone H3119 down while it was yet day; H2659 she hath been put to shame H954 and confounded: H7611 and the residue H5414 of them will I deliver H2719 to the sword H6440 before H341 their enemies, H5002 saith H3068 Jehovah.
