Ezekiel 8:9-17

  9 H559 And he said H935 to me, Go H7451 in, and behold the wicked H8441 abominations H6213 that they do H6311 here.

  10 H935 So I went H7200 in and saw; H2009 and behold H3605 every H8403 form H7431 of creeping H8263 things, and abominable H929 beasts, H3605 and all H1544 the idols H1004 of the house H3478 of Israel, H2707 portrayed H7023 on the wall H5439 round about.

  11 H5975 And there stood H6440 before H7657 them seventy H376 men H2204 of the ancients H1004 of the house H3478 of Israel, H8432 and in the middle H5975 of them stood H2970 Jaazaniah H1121 the son H8227 of Shaphan, H376 with every man H4730 his censer H3027 in his hand; H6282 and a thick H6051 cloud H7004 of incense H5927 went up.

  12 H559 Then said H1121 he to me, Son H120 of man, H7200 have you seen H834 what H2204 the ancients H1004 of the house H3478 of Israel H6213 do H2822 in the dark, H376 every man H2315 in the chambers H4906 of his imagery? H559 for they say, H3068 the LORD H7200 sees H3068 us not; the LORD H5800 has forsaken H776 the earth.

  13 H559 He said H7725 also to me, Turn H5750 you yet H5750 again, H7200 and you shall see H1419 greater H8441 abominations H6213 that they do.

  14 H935 Then he brought H6607 me to the door H8179 of the gate H3068 of the LORD’s H1004 house H834 which H5921 was toward H6828 the north; H2009 and, behold, H8033 there H3427 sat H802 women H1058 weeping H8542 for Tammuz.

  15 H559 Then said H7200 he to me, Have you seen H1121 this, O son H120 of man? H7725 turn H5750 you yet H5750 again, H7200 and you shall see H1419 greater H8441 abominations H428 than these.

  16 H935 And he brought H413 me into H6442 the inner H2691 court H3068 of the LORD’s H1004 house, H2009 and, behold, H6607 at the door H1964 of the temple H3068 of the LORD, H996 between H197 the porch H4196 and the altar, H2568 were about five H6242 and twenty H376 men, H268 with their backs H413 toward H1964 the temple H3068 of the LORD, H6440 and their faces H6924 toward the east; H7812 and they worshipped H8121 the sun H6924 toward the east.

  17 H559 Then he said H7200 to me, Have you seen H1121 this, O son H120 of man? H7043 Is it a light H1004 thing to the house H3063 of Judah H6213 that they commit H8441 the abominations H834 which H6213 they commit H6311 here? H4390 for they have filled H776 the land H2555 with violence, H7725 and have returned H3707 to provoke me to anger: H2009 and, see, H7971 they put H2156 the branch H639 to their nose.
