2 Chronicles 24:5-14 And he gathered the priests and the Levites, and said to them, Go out to the cities of Judah, and gather from all Israel money to repair the house of your God from year to year, and see that ye hasten the matter. But the Levites hastened it not.

6 H4428 And the king H7121 [H8799] called H3077 for Jehoiada H7218 the chief, H559 [H8799] and said H1875 [H8804] to him, Why hast thou not required H3881 of the Levites H935 [H8687] to bring in H3063 out of Judah H3389 and out of Jerusalem H4864 the collection, H4872 according to the commandment of Moses H5650 the servant H3068 of the LORD, H6951 and of the congregation H3478 of Israel, H168 for the tent H5715 of witness?

7 H1121 For the sons H6271 of Athaliah, H4849 that wicked H6555 [H8804] woman, had broken up H1004 the house H430 of God; H6944 and also all the dedicated things H1004 of the house H3068 of the LORD H6213 [H8804] they bestowed H1168 upon Baalim.

8 H4428 And at the king's H559 [H8799] commandment H6213 [H8799] they made H259 a H727 chest, H5414 [H8799] and set H2351 it without H8179 at the gate H1004 of the house H3068 of the LORD.

9 H5414 [H8799] And they made H6963 a proclamation H3063 through Judah H3389 and Jerusalem, H935 [H8687] to bring in H3068 to the LORD H4864 the collection H4872 that Moses H5650 the servant H430 of God H3478 laid upon Israel H4057 in the wilderness.

10 H8269 And all the princes H5971 and all the people H8055 [H8799] rejoiced, H935 [H8686] and brought in, H7993 [H8686] and cast H727 into the chest, H3615 [H8763] until they had finished.

11 H6256 Now it came to pass, that at the time H727 the chest H935 [H8686] was brought H4428 to the king's H6486 office H3027 by the hand H3881 of the Levites, H7200 [H8800] and when they saw H7227 that there was much H3701 money, H4428 the king's H5608 [H8802] scribe H7218 and the high H3548 priest's H6496 officer H935 [H8804] came H6168 [H8762] and emptied H727 the chest, H5375 [H8799] and took H7725 0 it, and carried H4725 it to its place H7725 [H8686] again. H6213 [H8804] Thus they did H3117 day H3117 by day, H622 [H8799] and assembled H3701 money H7230 in abundance.

12 H4428 And the king H3077 and Jehoiada H5414 [H8799] gave H6213 [H8802] it to such as did H4399 the work H5656 of the service H1004 of the house H3068 of the LORD, H7936 [H8802] and hired H2672 [H8802] masons H2796 and carpenters H2318 [H8763] to repair H1004 the house H3068 of the LORD, H2796 and also such as wrought H1270 iron H5178 and brass H2388 [H8763] to mend H1004 the house H3068 of the LORD.

13 H4399 H6213 [H8802] So the workmen H6213 [H8799] wrought, H4399 and the work H5927 [H8799] was H724 perfected H3027 by them, H5975 [H8686] and they set H1004 the house H430 of God H4971 in order, H553 [H8762] and strengthened it.

14 H3615 [H8763] And when they had finished H935 [H8689] it, they brought H7605 the rest H3701 of the money H6440 at the face of H4428 the king H3077 and Jehoiada, H6213 [H8799] of which were made H3627 vessels H1004 for the house H3068 of the LORD, H3627 even vessels H8335 to minister, H5927 [H8687] and to offer H3709 with, and spoons, H3627 and vessels H2091 of gold H3701 and silver. H5927 [H8688] And they offered H5930 burnt offerings H1004 in the house H3068 of the LORD H8548 continually H3117 all the days H3077 of Jehoiada.
