Matthew 6:25-34

  6:25   1223 διά On account of 3778 τούτο this 3004 λέγω I say 1473 υμίν to you, 3361 μη Be not 3309 μεριμνάτε anxious 3588 τη   5590-1473 ψυχή υμών for your life! 5100 τι what 2068 φάγητε you should eat, 2532 και and 5100 τι what 4095 πίητε you should drink; 3366 μηδέ nor 3588 τω to 4983-1473 σώματι υμών your body, 5100 τι what 1746 ενδύσησθε you should put on. 3780 ουχί [²not 3588 η   5590 ψυχή ³life 4183 πλείόν ⁴more 1510.2.3 εστι ¹Is] 3588 της than 5160 τροφής nourishment, 2532 και and 3588 το the 4983 σώμα body 3588 του more than 1742 ενδύματος a garment?   6:26   1689 εμβλέψατε Look 1519 εις at 3588 τα the 4071 πετεινά birds 3588 του of the 3772 ουρανού heaven! 3754 ότι for 3756 ου they do not 4687 σπείρουσιν sow, 3761 ουδέ nor 2325 θερίζουσιν do they harvest, 3761 ουδέ nor 4863 συνάγουσιν do they gather together 1519 εις into 596 αποθήκας storehouses; 2532 και and 3588 ο   3962 πατήρ [³father 1473 υμών ¹your 3588 ο   3770 ουράνιος ²heavenly] 5142 τρέφει maintains 1473 αυτά them. 3756-1473 ουχ υμείς Are you therefore 3123 μάλλον rather 1308 διαφέρετε different 1473 αυτών than them?   6:27   5100-1161 τις δε And who 1537 εξ of 1473 υμών you 3309 μεριμνών being anxious 1410 δύναται is able 4369 προσθείναι to add 1909 επί unto 3588 την   2244-1473 ηλικίαν αυτού his stature 4083 πήχυν [²cubit 1520 ένα ¹one]?   6:28   2532 και And 4012 περί concerning 1742 ενδύματος a garment, 5100 τι why 3309 μεριμνάτε are you anxious? 2648 καταμάθετε Study 3588 τα the 2918 κρίνα lilies 3588 του of the 68 αγρού field! 4459 πως how 837 αυξάνει they grow; 3756 ου they do not 2872 κοπιά tire 3761 ουδέ nor 3514 νήθει spin.   6:29   3004-1161 λέγω δε And I say 1473 υμίν to you 3754 ότι that 3761 ουδέ not even * Σολομών Solomon 1722 εν in 3956 πάση all 3588 τη   1391-1473 δόξη αυτού his glory 4016 περιεβάλετο was clothed 5613 ως as 1520 εν one 3778 τούτων of these.   6:30   1487-1161 ει δε But if 3588 τον the 5528 χόρτον grass 3588 του of the 68 αγρού field 4594 σήμερον today 1510.6 όντα is being, 2532 και and 839 αύριον tomorrow 1519 εις [²into 2823 κλίβανον ³an oven 906 βαλλόμενον ¹is being thrown], 3588 ο and 2316 θεός God 3779 ούτως so 294 αμφιέννυσιν clothes them, 3756 ου will he not 4183 πολλώ much 3123 μάλλον rather 1473 υμάς you, 3640 ολιγόπιστοι O ones of little belief?   6:31   3361 μη Do not 3767 ουν then 3309 μεριμνήσητε be anxious! 3004 λέγοντες saying, 5100 τι What 2068 φάγωμεν shall we eat, 2228 η or 5100 τι what 4095 πίωμεν shall we drink, 2228 η or 5100 τι what 4016 περιβαλώμεθα should be worn?   6:32   3956-1063 πάντα γαρ For all 3778 ταύτα these things 3588 τα the 1484 έθνη nations 1934 επιζητεί seek anxiously. 1492 οίδε [⁵knows 1063 γαρ ¹For 3588 ο   3962 πατήρ ⁴father 1473 υμών ²your 3588 ο   3770 ουράνιος ³heavenly] 3754 ότι that 5535 χρήζετε you need 3778 τούτων these things 537 απάντων all together.   6:33   2212-1161 ζητείτε δε But seek 4412 πρώτον first 3588 την the 932 βασιλείαν kingdom 3588 του   2316 θεού of God 2532 και and 3588 την   1343-1473 δικαιοσύνην αυτού his righteousness! 2532 και and 3778-3956 ταύτα πάντα all these things 4369 προστεθήσεται will be added 1473 υμίν to you.   6:34   3361 μη You should not 3767 ουν then 3309 μεριμνήσητε be anxious 1519 εις for 3588 την   839 αύριον tomorrow; 3588 η   1063 γαρ for 839 αύριον tomorrow 3309 μεριμνήσει shall be anxious for 3588 τα the things 1438 εαυτής of itself. 713 αρκετόν Sufficient 3588 τη to the 2250 ημέρα day 3588 η is the 2549 κακία evil 1473 αυτής of it.
