Hebrews 12:7-12

  12:7   1487 ει If 3809 παιδείαν [²discipline 5278 υπομένετε ¹you endure], 5613 ως [⁴as 5207 υιοίς ⁵sons 1473 υμίν ³to you 4374 προσφέρεται ²brings discipline 3588 ο   2316 θεός ¹God]; 5100-1063 τις γαρ for who 1510.2.3 εστιν is 5207 υιός the son 3739 ον whom 3756 ου [²does not 3811 παιδεύει ³correct 3962 πατήρ ¹a father]?   12:8   1487-1161 ει δε And if 5565-1510.2.5 χωρίς εστε you are without the help of 3809 παιδείας instruction, 3739 ης of which 3353 μέτοχοι [³partakers 1096 γεγόνασι ²have become 3956 πάντες ¹all], 686 άρα then 3541-1510.2.5 νόθοι εστέ you are illegitimate 2532 και and 3756 ουχ not 5207 υιοί sons.   12:9   1534 είτα So then 3588-3303 τους μεν indeed, 3588 της of the 4561 σαρκός [³flesh 1473 ημών ²of our 3962 πατέρας ¹fathers] 2192 είχομεν we have 3810 παιδευτάς correctors, 2532 και and 1788 ενετρεπόμεθα we show respect; 3756 ου [²not 4183 πολλώ ⁴much 3123 μάλλον ⁵more 5293 υποταγησόμεθα ¹shall we ³be] submitted 3588 τω to the 3962 πατρί father 3588 των of the 4151 πνευμάτων spirits, 2532 και and 2198 ζήσομεν we shall live?   12:10   3588 οι [²they 3303 μεν ³indeed 1063 γαρ ¹For] 4314 προς for 3641 ολίγας a few 2250 ημέρας days, 2596 κατά as 3588 το   1380 δοκούν it seemed good 1473 αυτοίς to them, 3811 επαίδευον corrected; 3588-1161 ο δε but he does so 1909 επί for 3588 το the 4851 συμφέρον advantage, 1519 εις for us 3588 το   3335 μεταλαβείν to share in 3588 της   41-1473 αγιότητος αυτού his sanctity.   12:11   3956-1161 πάσα δε But any 3809 παιδεία discipline 4314 προς by 3303 μεν indeed 3588 το the 3918 παρόν hand 3756 ου does not 1380 δοκεί seem 5479-1510.1 χαράς είναι to be joy, 235 αλλά but 3077 λύπης distress; 5305-1161 ύστερον δε but afterwards 2590 καρπόν [³fruit 1516 ειρηνικόν ²peaceable 3588 τοις ⁵to the ones 1223 δι΄ ⁷by 1473 αυτής ⁸it 1128 γεγυμνασμένοις ⁶having been exercised 591 αποδίδωσι ¹it renders 1343 δικαιοσύνης ⁴of righteousness].   12:12   1352 διό Therefore 3588 τας the 3935 παρειμένας weakened 5495 χείρας hands 2532 και and 3588 τα the 3886 παραλελυμένα disabled 1119 γόνατα knees 461 ανορθώσατε re-erect!
