Jeremiah 36:1-6

  1 H7243 It happened in the fourth H8141 year H3079 of Jehoiakim H1121 the son H2977 of Josiah, H4428 king H3063 of Judah, H1697 that this word H3414 came to Jeremiah H3068 from Yahweh, H559 saying,

  2 H3947 Take H4039 a scroll H5612 of a book, H3789 and write H1697 therein all the words H1696 that I have spoken H3478 to you against Israel, H3063 and against Judah, H1471 and against all the nations, H3117 from the day H1696 I spoke H3117 to you, from the days H2977 of Josiah, H3117 even to this day.

  3 H1004 It may be that the house H3063 of Judah H8085 will hear H7451 all the evil H2803 which I purpose H6213 to do H7725 to them; that they may return H376 every man H7451 from his evil H1870 way; H5545 that I may forgive H5771 their iniquity H2403 and their sin.

  4 H3414 Then Jeremiah H7121 called H1263 Baruch H1121 the son H5374 of Neriah; H1263 and Baruch H3789 wrote H6310 from the mouth H3414 of Jeremiah H1697 all the words H3068 of Yahweh, H1696 which he had spoken H4039 to him, on a scroll H5612 of a book.

  5 H3414 Jeremiah H6680 commanded H1263 Baruch, H559 saying, H6113 I am shut up; H3201 I can't H935 go H1004 into the house H3068 of Yahweh:

  6 H935 therefore you go, H7121 and read H4039 in the scroll, H3789 which you have written H6310 from my mouth, H1697 the words H3068 of Yahweh H241 in the ears H5971 of the people H3068 in Yahweh's H1004 house H6685 on the fast H3117 day; H7121 and also you shall read H241 them in the ears H3063 of all Judah H935 who come out H5892 of their cities.
