Isaiah 3:16-26

  16 H3068 Moreover the LORD H559 saith [H8799]   H3282 , Because H1323 the daughters H6726 of Zion H1361 are haughty [H8804]   H3212 , and walk [H8799]   H5186 with stretched forth [H8803]   H1627 necks H8265 and wanton [H8764]   H5869 eyes H1980 , walking [H8800]   H2952 and mincing [H8800]   H3212 as they go [H8799]   H5913 , and making a tinkling [H8762]   H7272 with their feet:

  17 H136 Therefore the Lord H5596 will smite with a scab [H8765]   H6936 the crown of the head H1323 of the daughters H6726 of Zion H3068 , and the LORD H6168 will discover [H8762]   H6596 their secret parts.

  18 H3117 In that day H136 the Lord H5493 will take away [H8686]   H8597 the bravery H5914 of their tinkling ornaments H7636 about their feet, and their cauls H7720 , and their round tires like the moon,

  19 H5188 The chains H8285 , and the bracelets H7479 , and the mufflers,

  20 H6287 The bonnets H6807 , and the ornaments of the legs H7196 , and the headbands H5315 , and the tablets H1004   H3908 , and the earrings,

  21 H2885 The rings H639 , and nose H5141 jewels,

  22 H4254 The changeable suits of apparel H4595 , and the mantles H4304 , and the wimples H2754 , and the crisping pins,

  23 H1549 The glasses H5466 , and the fine linen H6797 , and the hoods H7289 , and the vails.

  24 H1314 And it shall come to pass, that instead of sweet smell H4716 there shall be stink H2290 ; and instead of a girdle H5364 a rent H4639 ; and instead of well set H4748 hair H7144 baldness H6614 ; and instead of a stomacher H4228 a girding H8242 of sackcloth H3587 ; and burning H3308 instead of beauty.

  25 H4962 Thy men H5307 shall fall [H8799]   H2719 by the sword H1369 , and thy mighty H4421 in the war.

  26 H6607 And her gates H578 shall lament [H8804]   H56 and mourn [H8804]   H5352 ; and she being desolate [H8738]   H3427 shall sit [H8799]   H776 upon the ground.
