Zechariah 6:1-7 And I turned , and lifted up mine eyes , and looked , and, behold, there came four chariots out from between two mountains ; and the mountains were mountains of brass.

2 H7223 In the first H4818 chariot H122 were red H5483 horses H8145 ; and in the second H4818 chariot H7838 black H5483 horses;

3 H7992 And in the third H4818 chariot H3836 white H5483 horses H7243 ; and in the fourth H4818 chariot H1261 grisled H554 and bay H5483 horses.

4 H6030 Then I answered [H8799] H559 and said [H8799] H4397 unto the angel H1696 that talked [H8802] H113 with me, What are these, my lord?

5 H4397 And the angel H6030 answered [H8799] H559 and said [H8799] H702 unto me, These are the four H7307 spirits H8064 of the heavens H3318 , which go forth [H8802] H3320 from standing [H8692] H113 before the Lord H776 of all the earth.

6 H7838 The black H5483 horses H3318 which are therein go forth [H8802] H6828 into the north H776 country H3836 ; and the white H3318 go forth [H8804] H310 after H1261 them; and the grisled H3318 go forth [H8804] H8486 toward the south H776 country.

7 H554 And the bay H3318 went forth [H8804] H1245 , and sought [H8762] H3212 to go [H8800] H1980 that they might walk to and fro [H8692] H776 through the earth H559 : and he said [H8799] H3212 , Get you hence [H8798] H1980 , walk to and fro [H8690] H776 through the earth H1980 . So they walked to and fro [H8691] H776 through the earth.

ERV⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹ And again I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and behold, there came four chariots out from between two mountains; and the mountains were mountains of brass. ² In the first chariot were red horses; and in the second chariot black horses; ³ and in the third chariot white horses; and in the fourth chariot grisled bay horses. ⁴ Then I answered and said unto the angel that talked with me, What are these, my lord? ⁵ And the angel answered and said unto me, These are the four winds of heaven, which go forth from standing before the Lord of all the earth. ⁶ [The chariot] wherein are the black horses goeth forth toward the north country; and the white went forth after them; and the grisled went forth toward the south country. ⁷ And the bay went forth, and sought to go that they might walk to and fro through the earth: and he said, Get you hence, walk to and fro through the earth. So they walked to and fro through the earth.
