Deuteronomy 11:23-28 Then will the LORD drive out all these nations from before you, and ye shall possess greater nations and mightier than yourselves.

28 H7045 And a curse H8085 , if ye will not obey [H8799] H4687 the commandments H3068 of the LORD H430 your God H5493 , but turn aside [H8804] H1870 out of the way H6680 which I command [H8764] H3117 you this day H3212 , to go [H8800] H310 after H312 other H430 gods H3045 , which ye have not known [H8804] .

ERV⁽ⁱ⁾ ²³ then will the LORD drive out all these nations from before you, and ye shall possess nations greater and mightier than yourselves. ²⁴ Every place whereon the sole of your foot shall tread shall be yours: from the wilderness, and Lebanon, from the river, the river Euphrates, even unto the hinder sea shall be your border. ²⁵ There shall no man be able to stand before you: the LORD your God shall lay the fear of you and the dread of you upon all the land that ye shall tread upon, as he hath spoken unto you. ²⁶ Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse; ²⁷ the blessing, if ye shall hearken unto the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you this day: ²⁸ and the curse, if ye shall not hearken unto the commandments of the LORD your God, but turn aside out of the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which ye have not known.
