Jeremiah 31:28 והיה And it shall come to pass, כאשׁר like as שׁקדתי I have watched עליהם over לנתושׁ them, to pluck up, ולנתוץ and to break down, ולהרס and to throw down, ולהאביד and to destroy, ולהרע and to afflict; כן so אשׁקד will I watch עליהם over לבנות them, to build, ולנטוע and to plant, נאם saith יהוה׃ the LORD.
