  28 H8245 And it shall come to pass that, like as I have watched over H5428 them to pluck up H5422 and to break down H2040 and to overthrow H6 and to destroy H7489 and to afflict, H8245 so will I watch over H1129 them to build H5193 and to plant, H5002 saith H3068 Jehovah.
