  28 H1961 And it shall come H8245 to pass, that like as I have watched H5921 over H5428 them, to pluck H5422 up, and to break H5422 down, H2040 and to throw H2040 down, H6 and to destroy, H7489 and to afflict; H3651 so H8245 will I watch H5921 over H1129 them, to build, H5193 and to plant, H5002 said H3068 the LORD.
