7 H5663 Now when Ebedmelech H3569 the Ethiopian, H376 one H5631 of the eunuchs H1931 which H4428 was in the king’s H1004 house, H8085 heard H5414 that they had put H3414 Jeremiah H953 in the dungeon; H4428 the king H3427 then sitting H8179 in the gate H1144 of Benjamin;

10 H4428 Then the king H6680 commanded H5663 Ebedmelech H3569 the Ethiopian, H559 saying, H3947 Take H2088 from hence H7970 thirty H582 men H3947 with you, and take H3414 up Jeremiah H5030 the prophet H953 out of the dungeon, H2962 before H4191 he die.

11 H5663 So Ebedmelech H3947 took H582 the men H935 with him, and went H1004 into the house H4428 of the king H413 under H8478 H214 the treasury, H3947 and took H8033 there H1094 old H5499 cast H5499 clouts H1094 and old H4418 rotten H4418 rags, H7971 and let H7971 them down H2256 by cords H413 into H953 the dungeon H3414 to Jeremiah.

12 H5663 And Ebedmelech H3569 the Ethiopian H559 said H3414 to Jeremiah, H7760 Put H4994 now H1094 these old H5499 cast H5499 clouts H4418 and rotten H4418 rags H413 under H8478 H679 your armholes H3027 H413 under H8478 H2256 the cords. H3414 And Jeremiah H6213 did H3651 so.
