1 John 5:13-20 These things have I written to you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may believe on the name of the Son of God.

14 G3778 And this G3954 is the confidence G2192 that we have G1437 in him, that, if G154 we ask G5100 any G2596 thing according G2307 to his will, G191 he hears us:

15 G1437 And if G1492 we know G191 that he hear G3739 us, whatever G302 G154 we ask, G1492 we know G2192 that we have G155 the petitions G154 that we desired of him.

20 G1492 And we know G5207 that the Son G2316 of God G2240 is come, G1325 and has given G1271 us an understanding, G1097 that we may know G228 him that is true, G228 and we are in him that is true, G5207 even in his Son G2424 Jesus G5547 Christ. G3778 This G228 is the true G2316 God, G166 and eternal G2222 life.
