Genesis 11:6-9 ויאמר said, יהוה And the LORD הן Behold, עם the people אחד one, ושׂפה language; אחת one לכלם and they have all וזה and this החלם they begin לעשׂות to do: ועתה and now לא nothing יבצר will be restrained מהם כל nothing אשׁר them, which יזמו they have imagined לעשׂות׃ to do.

8 H6327 ויפץ H3068 יהוה So the LORD H853 אתם H8033 משׁם from thence H5921 על upon H6440 פני the face H3605 כל of all H776 הארץ the earth: H2308 ויחדלו and they left off H1129 לבנת to build H5892 העיר׃ the city.

9 H5921 על upon H3651 כן H7121 קרא of it called H8034 שׁמה is the name H894 בבל Babel; H3588 כי because H8033 שׁם did there H1101 בלל confound H3068 יהוה the LORD H8193 שׂפת the language H3605 כל of all H776 הארץ the earth: H8033 ומשׁם and from thence H6327 הפיצם scatter them abroad H3068 יהוה did the LORD H5921 על H6440 פני the face H3605 כל of all H776 הארץ׃ the earth.
