22 And behold, one of the synagogue archs comes - Yair by name; and he sees him and falls at his feet
23 and beseeches him much, wording, My daughterling is in her final extremity: I pray you, come and put your hands on her, to save her, and she lives.
24 - and Yah Shua goes with him; and vast multitudes follow him and throng him.
25
YAH SHUA HEALS A FLUX
And a woman, having a flux of blood twelve years, 26 who suffered much by many healers and spent all she had and benefited naught; and rather grew worse: 27 she hears about Yah Shua; and comes in the multitude behind and touches his garment 28 - for she words, If I even touch his clothes, I am saved. 29 - and straightway the fountain of her blood dries; and she knows in her body that her scourge is healed. 30 And straightway, Yah Shua, knowing in himself that dynamis goes from him, turns around in the multitude, and words, Who touched my clothes? 31 And his disciples word to him, You observe the multitude thronging you; and word you, Who touched me? 32 And he looks around to see her who did this: 33 and the woman, awing and trembling, knowing what became in her, comes and prostrates in front of him, and says all the truth to him. 34 And he says to her, Daughter, your trust saves you; go in shalom, and be whole of your scourge. 35
THE DAUGHTERLING OF YAIR RISES
While he yet speaks, they of the arch of the synagogue, come wording, Your daughter is dead: Why harrass the Doctor any further? 36 Straightway Yah Shua hears the word spoken, and he words to the arch of the synagogue, Awe not! Only trust! 37 - and he allows no one to follow with him except Petros and Yaaqovos and Yahn the brother of Yaaqovos: 38 and he comes to the house of the arch of the synagogue; and observes the tumult and them who weep and haloo much. 39 And he enters and words to them, Why make you this tumult, and weep? The child is not dead, but sleeps. 40 - and they ridicule him. THE DAUGHTERLING OF YAIR LIVES And he casts them all out and takes the father and the mother of the child and those with him, and enters where the child reposes: 41 and he overpowers the child by the hand, and words to her, Taleh quwm; which is, being translated, Maiden, I word to you, Rise. 42 - and straightway the maiden rises and walks - for she is of the age of twelve years. And they are astounded with a mega ecstasis. 43 And he charges them much, that no one know it; and says to give her somewhat to eat.
