Judges 2:14-16 And the anger of Jehovah was kindled against Israel, and he delivered them into the hands of spoilers that despoiled them; and he sold them into the hands of their enemies round about, so that they could not any longer stand before their enemies.

15 H3318 Whithersoever they went out, H3027 the hand H3068 of Jehovah H7451 was against them for evil, H3068 as Jehovah H1696 had spoken, H3068 and as Jehovah H7650 had sworn H3966 unto them: and they were sore H3334 distressed.

16 H3068 And Jehovah H6965 raised up H8199 judges, H3467 who saved H3027 them out of the hand H8154 of those that despoiled them.
