3 H3032 and have cast H1486 lots H5971 for my people, H5414 and have given H3206 a boy H2181 for a harlot, H4376 and sold H3207 a girl H3196 for wine, H8354 that they may drink.

4 H6865 Yea, and what are ye to me, O Tyre, H6721 and Sidon, H1552 and all the regions H6429 of Philistia? H7999 will ye render H1576 me a recompense? H1580 and if ye recompense H7031 me, swiftly H4120 and speedily H7725 will I return H1576 your recompense H7218 upon your own head.

9 H7121 Proclaim H1471 ye this among the nations; H6942 prepare H4421 war; H5782 stir up H1368 the mighty men; H582 let all the men H4421 of war H5066 draw near, H5927 let them come up.
