Jeremiah 31:1-9 At that time, saith Jehovah, will I be the God of all the families of Israel, and they shall be my people.

3 H3068 Jehovah H7200 appeared H7350 of old H157 unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved H5769 thee with an everlasting H160 love: H2617 therefore with lovingkindness H4900 have I drawn thee.

8 H935 Behold, I will bring H6828 them from the north H776 country, H6908 and gather H3411 them from the uttermost parts H776 of the earth, H5787 and with them the blind H6455 and the lame, H2030 the woman with child H3205 and her that travaileth with child H3162 together: H1419 a great H6951 company H7725 shall they return hither.

9 H935 They shall come H1065 with weeping; H8469 and with supplications H2986 will I lead H3212 them: I will cause them to walk H5158 by rivers H4325 of waters, H3477 in a straight H1870 way H3782 wherein they shall not stumble; H1 for I am a father H3478 to Israel, H669 and Ephraim H1060 is my first-born.
