Exodus 32:1-5 And when the people saw that Moses delayed to come down from the mount, the people gathered themselves together unto Aaron, and said unto him, Up, make us gods, which shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we know not what is become of him.

2 H175 And Aaron H559 said H6561 unto them, Break off H2091 the golden H5141 rings, H241 which are in the ears H802 of your wives, H1121 of your sons, H1323 and of your daughters, H935 and bring them unto me.

3 H5971 And all the people H6561 brake off H2091 the golden H5141 rings H241 which were in their ears, H935 and brought H175 them unto Aaron.

4 H3947 And he received H3027 it at their hand, H6696 and fashioned H2747 it with a graving tool, H6213 and made H4541 it a molten H5695 calf: H559 and they said, H430 These are thy gods, H3478 O Israel, H5927 which brought H776 thee up out of the land H4714 of Egypt.

5 H175 And when Aaron H7200 saw H1129 this, he built H4196 an altar H6440 before H175 it; and Aaron H7121 made proclamation, H559 and said, H4279 To-morrow H2282 shall be a feast H3068 to Jehovah.
