Judges 2:11-19

  11 G2532 And G4160 [⁴acted G3588 ¹the G5207 ²sons G* ³of Israel] G3588   G4190 wickedly G1726 before G2962 the lord, G2532 and G3000 they served G3588 to the G* Baalim.

  12 G2532 And G1459 they abandoned G2962 the lord G3588   G2316 God G3588   G3962 of their fathers, G1473   G3588 the one G1806 leading G1473 them G1537 out of G1093 the land G* of Egypt, G2532 and G4198 they went G3694 after G2316 other gods G2087   G575 of G3588 the G2316 gods G3588 of the G2992 peoples G3588   G4033.1 surrounding G1473 them; G2532 and G4352 they did obeisance to G1473 them, G2532 and G3949 provoked [³to anger G3588 ¹the G2962 ² lord].

  13 G2532 And G1459 they abandoned G3588 the G2962 lord, G2532 and G3000 served G3588 to G* Baal G2532 and G3588 to the G* Ashtoreths.

  14 G2532 And G3710 [²was provoked to anger G2372 ³in rage G2962 ¹ the lord] G1722 with G3588   G* Israel, G2532 and G3860 he delivered G1473 them G1722 into G5495 the hand G4307.1 of ones despoiling, G2532 and G2670.3 they carried [²away captive G1473 ¹them]. G2532 And G591 he gave G1473 them G1722 into G5495 the hand G3588   G2190 of their enemies G1473   G2943 round about, G2532 and G3756 they were not able G1410   G436 to oppose G2596 against G4383 the face G3588   G2190 of their enemies.   15 G1722 In G3956 all G3739 wherever G4198 they went, G2532 even G5495 the hand G2962 of the lord G1510.7.3 was G1722 against G1473 them G1519 for G2556 bad, G2531 as G2980 the lord said, G2962   G2532 and G2531 as G3660 the lord swore G2962   G1473 to them; G2532 and G1570.2 he squeezed G1473 them G4970 exceedingly.

  17 G3754 for G1608 they fornicated G3694 after G2316 other gods, G2087   G2532 and G4352 did obeisance to G1473 them, G2532 and G3949 provoked [³to anger G3588 ¹the G2962 ² lord]. G2532 And G1578 they turned aside G5036 quickly G1537 from G3588 the G3598 way G3739 of which G4198 [²went G3588   G3962 ¹their fathers], G1473   G3588   G1522 listening to G3588 the G1785 commandments G2962 of the lord; G3756 they did not do G4160   G3779 so.

  18 G2532 And G3753 when G1453 the lord raised up G2962   G1473 to them G2923 judges, G2532 then G1510.7.3 the lord was G2962   G3326 with G3588 the G2923 judge, G2532 and G4982 he delivered G1473 them G1537 from G5495 the hand G2190 of their enemies G1473   G3956 all G3588 the G2250 days G3588 of the G2923 judge. G3754 For G3870 [²was moved to comfort G2962 ¹ the lord] G575 because of G3588   G4726 their moaning G1473   G575 from G4383 in front G3588 of the ones G4171.2 assaulting G1473 them G2532 and G2559 afflicting G1473 them.

  19 G2532 And G1096 it came to pass G5613 as G599 [³died G3588 ¹the G2923 ²judge], G2532 that G654 they turned back, G2532 and G3825 again G1311 corrupted themselves G5228 above G3588   G3962 their fathers, G1473   G4198 to go G3694 after G2316 other gods, G2087   G2532 and G3000 to serve G1473 them, G2532 and G4352 to do obeisance to G1473 them. G3756 They did not G641 disown G3588   G2006.1 their practices, G1473   G2532 and G575 of G3588   G3598 [³way G1473 ¹their G3588   G4642 ²recalcitrant].
