Whiston(i)
And at the season he sent to the husbandman a servant, that they might give him of the fruit of the vineyard.
And they caught [him], and beat him, and sent [him] away empty to him.
And again he sent unto them another servant; and they beheaded him, and exposed him to contempt,
And he sent another servant; and him they killed: and many others, beating some, but killing others.
Having yet therefore one son, the well-beloved, he sent him also last of all, saying, They will reverence my son.
But the husbandmen said amongst themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and the inheritance shall be ours.
And they took, and killed [him], and cast him out of the vineyard.
