  7 H1 Our fathers H7919 understood [H8689]   H6381 not thy wonders [H8737]   H4714 in Egypt H2142 ; they remembered [H8804]   H7230 not the multitude H2617 of thy mercies H4784 ; but provoked [H8686]   H3220 him at the sea H5488 , even at the Red H3220 sea.

10 H3467 And he saved [H8686]   H3027 them from the hand H8130 of him that hated [H8802]   H1350 them, and redeemed [H8799]   H3027 them from the hand H341 of the enemy [H8802]  .
ERV(i) 7 Our fathers understood not thy wonders in Egypt; they remembered not the multitude of thy mercies; but were rebellious at the sea, even at the Red Sea. 8 Nevertheless he saved them for his name’s sake, that he might make his mighty power to be known. 9 He rebuked the Red Sea also, and it was dried up: so he led them through the depths, as through a wilderness. 10 And he saved them from the hand of him that hated them, and redeemed them from the hand of the enemy.
