Exodus 5:15-21 ויבאו came שׁטרי Then the officers בני of the children ישׂראל of Israel ויצעקו and cried אל unto פרעה Pharaoh, לאמר saying, למה Wherefore תעשׂה dealest כה thou thus לעבדיך׃ with thy servants?

15 H935 ויבאו came H7860 שׁטרי Then the officers H1121 בני of the children H3478 ישׂראל of Israel H6817 ויצעקו and cried H413 אל unto H6547 פרעה Pharaoh, H559 לאמר saying, H4100 למה Wherefore H6213 תעשׂה dealest H3541 כה thou thus H5650 לעבדיך׃ with thy servants?

16 H8401 תבן straw H369 אין There is no H5414 נתן given H5650 לעבדיך unto thy servants, H3843 ולבנים brick: H559 אמרים and they say H6213 לנו עשׂו to us, Make H2009 והנה and, behold, H5650 עבדיך thy servants H5221 מכים beaten; H2398 וחטאת but the fault H5971 עמך׃ in thine own people.

17 H559 ויאמר But he said, H7503 נרפים idle, H859 אתם Ye H7503 נרפים idle: H5921 על therefore H3651 כן therefore H859 אתם ye H559 אמרים say, H1980 נלכה Let us go H2076 נזבחה do sacrifice H3068 ליהוה׃ to the LORD.

18 H6258 ועתה therefore now, H1980 לכו Go H5647 עבדו work; H8401 ותבן straw H3808 לא for there shall no H5414 ינתן be given H8506 לכם ותכן the tale H3843 לבנים of bricks. H5414 תתנו׃ you, yet shall ye deliver

19 H7200 ויראו did see H7860 שׁטרי And the officers H1121 בני of the children H3478 ישׂראל of Israel H853 אתם H7451 ברע they in evil H559 לאמר after it was said, H3808 לא Ye shall not H1639 תגרעו minish H3843 מלבניכם from your bricks H1697 דבר task. H3117 יום of your daily H3117 ביומו׃ of your daily

20 H6293 ויפגעו And they met H853 את H4872 משׁה Moses H853 ואת H175 אהרן and Aaron, H5324 נצבים who stood H7125 לקראתם in the way, H3318 בצאתם as they came forth H853 מאת H6547 פרעה׃ Pharaoh:

21 H559 ויאמרו And they said H413 אלהם unto H7200 ירא look H3068 יהוה them, The LORD H5921 עליכם upon H8199 וישׁפט you, and judge; H834 אשׁר because H887 הבאשׁתם to be abhorred H853 את H7381 ריחנו ye have made our savor H5869 בעיני in the eyes H6547 פרעה of Pharaoh, H5869 ובעיני and in the eyes H5650 עבדיו of his servants, H5414 לתת to put H2719 חרב a sword H3027 בידם in their hand H2026 להרגנו׃ to slay
