Exodus 18:13-16 ויהי And it came to pass ממחרת on the morrow, וישׁב sat משׁה that Moses לשׁפט to judge את העם the people: ויעמד stood העם and the people על by משׁה Moses מן on the morrow, הבקר the morning עד unto הערב׃ the evening.

14 H7200 וירא saw H2859 חתן father-in-law H4872 משׁה And when Moses' H853 את H3605 כל all H834 אשׁר that H1931 הוא he H6213 עשׂה did H5971 לעם to the people, H559 ויאמר he said, H4100 מה What H1697 הדבר thing H2088 הזה this H834 אשׁר that H859 אתה thou H6213 עשׂה doest H5971 לעם to the people? H4069 מדוע why H859 אתה thou H3427 יושׁב sittest H910 לבדך H3605 וכל and all H5971 העם the people H5324 נצב stand H5921 עליך by H4480 מן thee from H1242 בקר morning H5704 עד unto H6153 ערב׃ even?

15 H559 ויאמר said H4872 משׁה And Moses H2859 לחתנו unto his father-in-law, H3588 כי Because H935 יבא come H413 אלי unto H5971 העם the people H1875 לדרשׁ me to inquire H430 אלהים׃ of God:

16 H3588 כי When H1961 יהיה they have H1697 להם דבר a matter, H935 בא they come H413 אלי unto H8199 ושׁפטתי me; and I judge H996 בין between H376 אישׁ one H996 ובין H7453 רעהו and another, H3045 והודעתי and I do make known H853 את H2706 חקי the statutes H430 האלהים of God, H853 ואת H8451 תורתיו׃ and his laws.
