Mark 8

ECB(i) 1
YAH SHUA FEEDS FOUR THOUSAND
In those days, the multitude being very great, and having naught to eat, Yah Shua calls his disciples and words to them, 2 I have a sympathetic spleen on the multitude because they already abide with me three days and have naught to eat: 3 and whenever I release them to their own houses fasting they faint by the way: for some of them come from afar. 4 And his disciples answer him, Whence can anyone fill these men with bread here in the wilderness? 5 And he asks them, How many breads have you? And they say, Seven. 6 And he evangelizes the multitude to repose on the soil: and he takes the seven breads and eucharistizes and breaks and gives to his disciples to set by them; and they set them to the multitude. 7 And they have a few small fishes: and he eulogizes, and says to set them also: 8 so they eat, and are fed: and they take seven baskets of the superabundant fragments: 9 and they who eat are about four thousand: and he releases them. 10 And straightway he embarks in a sailer with his disciples, and goes to the parts of Dalmanutha. 11
THE PHARISEES SEEK A SIGN
And the Pharisees come and begin to dispute with him, seeking a sign from the heavens - testing him. 12 And he sighs deeply in his spirit, and words, Why seeks this generation after a sign? Amen! I word to you, no sign is given this generation. 13
YAH SHUA INTERPRETS THE PARABLE OF FERMENTATION
And he releases them, and embarks in the sailer again and departs across: 14 and the disciples forget to take bread, and they have none in the sailer with them except one bead. 15 And he charges them, wording, See! observe the fermentation of the Pharisees and the fermentation of Herod. 16 And they reason among one another, wording, Because we have no bread. 17 And Yah Shua knows, and words to them, Why reason you, because you have no bread? Perceive you not yet? Comprehend you not? Petrify you still your heart? 18 Having eyes, observe you not? And having ears, hear you not? And remember you not, 19 when I broke the five breads among five thousand, how many baskets full of fragments took you? They word to him, Twelve. 20 And the seven among four thousand, how many baskets full of fragments took you? And they say, Seven. 21 And he words to them, How is it that you comprehend not? 22
YAH SHUA HEALS A BLIND
And he goes to Beth Sayad; and they bring him someone blind and beseech him to touch him: 23 and he takes the blind by the hand and leads him from the village; and he spits on his eyes and puts his hands on him, and he asks him if he observes anyone. 24 And he looks, and words, I observe humans as trees, walking. 25 Then again he puts his hands on his eyes, and has him look: and he is restored, and looks at everyone clearly: 26 and he apostolizes him to his house, wording, Neither enter the village, nor say it to any in the village. 27
THE WITNESS OF PETROS CONCERNING YAH SHUA
And Yah Shua and his disciples go to the villages of Kaisaria, Philippos: and on the way he asks his disciples, wording to them, Whom do humanity speak me to be? 28 And they answer, Yahn the Baptizer; and others say, Eli Yah; but others, One of the prophets. 29 And he words to them, And You, whom word you me to be? And Petros answers him, wording, You are the Messiah! 30 - and he admonishes them to word to no one about him. 31
YAH SHUA PROPHESIES HIS DEATH AND RESURRECTION
And he begins to doctrinate them that the Son of humanity must suffer much; and be disapproved of the elders and of the archpriests and scribes; and be slaughtered and after three days rise: 32 and he speaks that word boldly. - and Petros takes him and begins to rebuke him. 33 But he turns around and sees his disciples and he rebukes Petros, wording, Get behind me, Satan: for you mind not those of Elohim, but those of humanity. 34
LOSING THE SOUL TO SAVE THE SOUL
And he calls the multitude with his disciples and says to them, Whoever comes after me denies himself and takes his stake and follows me. 35 For whoever wills to save his soul, loses it; but whoever loses his soul because of me and the evangelism, saves it. 36 For what is a human benefited whenever he gains the whole cosmos and loses his own soul? 37 Or what gives a human in exchange for his soul? 38 Whoever indeed shames of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also the Son of humanity shames when he comes in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.
