Job 1:6-12 Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan came also among them.

7 H3068 And the Lord H559 said H7854 unto Satan, H370 From where H935 come H7854 you? Then Satan H6030 answered H3068 the Lord, H559 and said, H7751 From going to and forth H776 in the earth, H1980 and from walking up and down in it.

8 H3068 And the Lord H559 said H7854 unto Satan, H7760 Have you considered H5650 my servant H347 Job, H776 that there is none like him in the earth, H8535 a perfect H3477 and an upright H376 man, H3373 one that fears H430 God, H5493 and turns away from H7451 evil?

9 H7854 Then Satan H6030 answered H3068 the Lord, H559 and said, H347 Does Job H3372 fear H430 God H2600 for nothing?

10 H7753 Have not you made a hedge H1157 about him, and about H1004 his house, H5439 and about all that he has on every side? H1288 you have blessed H4639 the work H3027 of his hands, H4735 and his substance H6555 is increased H776 in the land.

11 H199 But H7971 put forth H3027 your hand H5060 now, and touch H1288 all that he has, and he will curse H6440 you to your face.

12 H3068 And the Lord H559 said H7854 unto Satan, H3027 Behold, all that he has is in your power; H7971 only upon himself put not forth H3027 your hand. H7854 So Satan H3318 went forth H6440 from the presence H3068 of the Lord.
