Romans 9:29-33

  9:29   2532 και And 2531 καθώς as 4280-* προείρηκεν Ησαϊας Isaiah described before, 1508 ει μη Unless 2962 κύριος the Lord 4519 σαβαώθ of Hosts 1459 εγκατέλιπεν left behind 1473 ημίν for us 4690 σπέρμα a seed, 5613 ως [²as * Σόδομα ³Sodom 302-1096 αν εγενήθημεν ¹we would have become], 2532 και and 5613 ως as * Γόμορρα Gomorrah 302-3666 αν ωμοιώθημεν we would be like.   9:30   5100 τι What 3767 ούν then 2046 ερούμεν shall we say? 3754 ότι That 1484 έθνη nations, 3588 τα the ones 3361 μη not 1377 διώκοντα pursuing 1343 δικαιοσύνην righteousness, 2638 κατέλαβε overtook 1343 δικαιοσύνην righteousness; 1343-1161 δικαιοσύνην δε but righteousness, 3588 την the one 1537 εκ of 4102 πίστεως belief.   9:31   *-1161 Ισραήλ δε But Israel, 1377 διώκων pursuing 3551 νόμον a law 1343 δικαιοσύνης of righteousness, 1519 εις [²unto 3551 νόμον ³the law 1343 δικαιοσύνης ⁴of righteousness 3756-5348 ουκ έφθασε ¹attained not].   9:32   1302 διατί Why? 3754 ότι Because 3756 ουκ it was not 1537 εκ of 4102 πίστεως belief, 235 αλλ΄ but 5613 ως as 1537 εξ of 2041 έργων works 3551 νόμου of law. 4350-1063 προσέκοψαν γαρ For they stumbled against 3588 τω the 3037 λίθω stone 3588 του   4348 προσκόμματος of stumbling;   9:33   2531 καθώς as 1125 γέγραπται it has been written, 2400 ιδού Behold, 5087 τίθημι I put 1722 εν in * Σιών Zion 3037 λίθον a stone 4348 προσκόμματος of stumbling, 2532 και and 4073 πέτραν a rock 4625 σκανδάλου of offence; 2532 και and 3956 πας every one 3588 ο   4100 πιστεύων trusting 1909 επ΄ upon 1473 αυτώ him 3756 ου shall not 2617 καταισχυνθήσεται be disgraced.
