Romans 13:1-6

  1 G3956 Let every G5590 soul G5293 [G5732] be subject G5242 [G5723] to the higher G1849 powers G1063 . For G2076 [G5748] there is G3756 no G1849 power G1508 but G575 from G2316 God G1161 : G1849 the powers G5607 [G5752] that are, G1526 [G5748] are G5021 [G5772] ordained G5259 by G2316 God.

  2 G5620 Whoever therefore G498 [G5734] resisteth G1849 the power G436 [G5758] , resisteth G1296 the ordinance G2316 of God G1161 : and G436 [G5761] they that resist G2983 [G5695] shall receive G1438 to themselves G2917 condemnation.

  3 G1063 For G758 rulers G1526 [G5748] are G3756 not G5401 a terror G18 to good G2041 works G235 , but G2556 to the evil G2309 [G5719] . Wilt thou G1161 then G3361 not G5399 [G5738] be afraid G1849 of the power G4160 [G5720] ? do G18 that which is good G2532 , and G2192 [G5692] thou shalt have G1868 praise G1537 from G846 the same:

But G1437 if G4160 [G5725] thou doest G2556 that which is evil G5399 [G5737] , be afraid G1063 ; for G5409 [G5719] he beareth G3756 not G3162 the sword G1500 in vain G1063 : for G2076 [G5748] he is G1249 the minister G2316 of God G1558 , an avenger G3709 to execute wrath G1519 upon G4238 [G5723] him that doeth G2556 evil.

  5 G1352 Therefore G318 ye must needs G5293 [G5733] be subject G3756 , not G3440 only G1223 for G3709 wrath G235 , but G2532 also G4893 for conscience G1223 sake.
