Psalms 68

VIN(i) 1 {To the chief Musician. Of David. A Psalm: a Song.} Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered, and let them that hate him flee before him. 2 As smoke is driven away, You drive them away; as wax melts before the fire, let the wicked perish in the presence of God. 3 But the righteous shall be glad and rejoice before God, they shall be merry and joyful. 4 Sing to God, sing praises to his name: extol him who rides upon the heavens by his name, the LORD, and rejoice before him. 5 A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation. 6 God sets the lonely in families. He brings out the prisoners with singing, but the rebellious dwell in a sun-scorched land. 7 God, when you went out before your people, when you marched through the wilderness... Selah. 8 The earth shook, and the heavens dropped before God, this Sinai before God, the God of Israel. 9 You caused abundant rain to fall, O God. When your inheritance was weary you revived it. 10 Your creatures dwell in it; You have in Your goodness prepared for the poor. 11 The Lord gave the word.
