15 H4672 Now there was found [H8804] H4542 in it a poor H2450 wise H376 man H2451 , and he by his wisdom H4422 delivered [H8765] H5892 the city H120 ; yet no man H2142 remembered [H8804] H4542 that same poor H376 man.

16 H559 Then said [H8804] H2451 I, Wisdom H2896 is better H1369 than strength H4542 : nevertheless the poor man's H2451 wisdom H959 is despised [H8803] H1697 , and his words H8085 are not heard [H8737] .

17 H1697 The words H2450 of wise H8085 men are heard [H8737] H5183 in quiet H2201 more than the cry H4910 of him that ruleth [H8802] H3684 among fools.
