Deuteronomy 2:30-33 But Sihon king of Heshbon would not let us pass by him: for the LORD thy God hardened his spirit , and made his heart obstinate , that he might deliver him into thy hand , as appeareth this day.

31 H3068 And the LORD H559 said [H8799] H7200 unto me, Behold [H8798] H2490 , I have begun [H8689] H5414 to give [H8800] H5511 Sihon H776 and his land H6440 before H2490 thee: begin [H8685] H3423 to possess [H8798] H3423 , that thou mayest inherit [H8800] H776 his land.

32 H5511 Then Sihon H3318 came out [H8799] H7125 against [H8800] H5971 us, he and all his people H4421 , to fight H3096 at Jahaz.

33 H3068 And the LORD H430 our God H5414 delivered [H8799] H6440 him before H5221 us; and we smote [H8686] H1121 him, and his sons H5971 , and all his people.

31 H559 ויאמר said H3068 יהוה And the LORD H413 אלי unto H7200 ראה me, Behold, H2490 החלתי I have begun H5414 תת to give H6440 לפניך before H853 את H5511 סיחן Sihon H853 ואת H776 ארצו and his land H2490 החל thee: begin H3423 רשׁ to possess, H3423 לרשׁת that thou mayest inherit H853 את H776 ארצו׃ his land.

32 H3318 ויצא came out H5511 סיחן Then Sihon H7125 לקראתנו against H1931 הוא us, he H3605 וכל and all H5971 עמו his people, H4421 למלחמה to fight H3096 יהצה׃ at Jahaz.

33 H5414 ויתנהו delivered H3068 יהוה And the LORD H430 אלהינו our God H6440 לפנינו him before H5221 ונך us; and we smote H853 אתו H853 ואת H1121 בנו him, and his sons, H853 ואת H3605 כל and all H5971 עמו׃ his people.
