11 H558 But Amaziah H8085 would not hear [H8804] H3060 . Therefore Jehoash H4428 king H3478 of Israel H5927 went up [H8799] H558 ; and he and Amaziah H4428 king H3063 of Judah H7200 looked [H8691] H6440 one another in the face H1053 at Bethshemesh H3063 , which belongeth to Judah.

12 H3063 And Judah H5062 was put to the worse [H8735] H6440 before H3478 Israel H5127 ; and they fled [H8799] H376 every man H168 to their tents.

So Jehoash king of Israel went up; and he and Amaziah king of Judah looked one another in the face at Beth-shemesh, which belongeth to Judah. ¹² And Judah was put to the worse before Israel; and they fled every man to his tent.
