Psalms 73:8-11

  8 H4167 ימיקו They are corrupt, H1696 וידברו and speak H7451 ברע wickedly H6233 עשׁק oppression: H4791 ממרום loftily. H1696 ידברו׃ they speak
  9 H8371 שׁתו They set H8064 בשׁמים against the heavens, H6310 פיהם their mouth H3956 ולשׁונם and their tongue H1980 תהלך walketh H776 בארץ׃ through the earth.
  10 H3651 לכן Therefore H7725 ישׁיב return H5971 עמו his people H1988 הלם hither: H4325 ומי and waters H4392 מלא of a full H4680 ימצו׃ are wrung out
  11 H559 ואמרו And they say, H349 איכה How H3045 ידע know? H410 אל doth God H3426 וישׁ and is there H1844 דעה knowledge H5945 בעליון׃ in the most High?
