  17 H6437 פנה   H413 אל   H8605 תפלת the prayer H6199 הערער of the destitute, H3808 ולא and not H959 בזה despise H853 את   H8605 תפלתם׃ their prayer.
  18 H3789 תכתב shall be written H2063 זאת This H1755 לדור for the generation H314 אחרון to come: H5971 ועם and the people H1254 נברא which shall be created H1984 יהלל shall praise H3050 יה׃ the LORD.

  20 H8085 לשׁמע To hear H603 אנקת the groaning H615 אסיר of the prisoner; H6605 לפתח to loose H1121 בני those that are appointed H8546 תמותה׃ to death;
