Numbers 15:28-31 And the priest shall make an atonement for the soul that sins ignorantly, when he sins by ignorance before the Lord, to make an atonement for him; and it shall be forgiven him.

29 H259 You shall have one H8451 law H6213 for him that sins H7684 through ignorance, H249 both for him that is born H1121 among the sons H3478 of Israel, H1616 and for the stranger H1481 that stays H8432 among them.

30 H5315 But the soul H6213 that does H7311 anything presumptuously, H249 whether he be born in the land, H4480 or a stranger, H1442 the same blasphemes H3068 the Lord; H5315 and that soul H3772 shall be cut off H7130 from among H5971 his people.

31 H959 Because he has despised H1697 the word H3068 of the Lord, H6565 and has broken H4687 his commandment, H5315 that soul H3772 shall utterly H3772 be cut off; H5771 his iniquity shall be upon him.
